Chinook Arch Cocktail Infusion kit

Resinous. Warm. Bright. Tastes like a warm mountain wind, rushing through the woods. 

Ingredients- Juniper Berries, Pine, Rosemary, and Sugar cubes.

Best infused with gin, vodka, or rum. Garnish with a sweet or salty rim and a squeeze of lemon.

How to Use - Cover Botanicals with your favourite spirit and tuck into the fridge for 1-3 days. Strain and pour back into the jar, and use you botanically infused spirits to craft the cocktail of your dreams!

For a Mocktail - add boiling water and infuse in the fridge overnight.

For a Shrub - Add apple cider vinegar and infuse in the fridge for 1-3 days. Strain and add a splash of you botanically infused vinegar to soda water, or water you wish! Also a lovely addition to salad dressings and marinades.
