Women's Wellness Tea

A blend of herbs geared specifically to the well-being of humans with a uterus. Soothing for cramps, night sweats, mood swings, and the typical discomforts associated with both PMS and menopause. Very lovely as an iced tea.

1 tsp per 1 cup of hot water. Steep for 3-7 minutes. 

Ingredients - Red Raspberry Leaf, Yarrow, Spearmint, Rose
