Juniper Chaga Chai

An earthy, crackling fire in a cup. Blended to spark you winter spirit! May this tea bring you nourishment through winter's short days and long nights.

Ingredients- Juniper, Chaga, Rosehips, Cardamon, Clove, Ginger, Cinnamon, Fennel, and Anise.

Simmer 4 Tbsp of herbs in 4 cups of water on the stovetop (covered) for 30-40 minutes (longer = stronger). Strain and add milk and sugar. Makes 4 cups of tea!
